As a town planner and property investor, I have been drawn to invest in the creation of a new town at Vasse as it is the most unique opportunity in Western Australia. This town will accommodate the growing demands for affordable housing and employment in the beautiful Busselton, Margaret River, Dunsborough and Yallingup region.

 

Vasse Newtown has been designed using best-practice urban design principles. It will offer a wide range of employment, education, health and business related opportunities while at the same time providing a wide variety of lot sizes and housing alternatives at an affordable level. Since the commencement of this fantastic project we have been overwhelmed by the degree of success from previous releases and the level of community acceptance that has been received.

 

We are proud of the progress at Vasse Newtown, with Cape Naturaliste College nearing completion, numerous housing starts dotting the landscape and development of the light industrial area just a few examples of this tremendous growth. We look forward to seeing this success continue on into the future as Vasse Newtown strides towards being the benchmark community in the Busselton region.
